Where are you located?
- We unfortunately are not contracted with any insurance companies at this time. Contracting with insurance limits our capability to treat patients to our full capacity and spend the time with patients that is required. We are happy to provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. However, we cannot guarantee any coverage or reimbursement. You should be able to use your insurance for your labs however.
Will my labs be covered by insurance?
- In general, the labs we order are covered through your insurance although we cannot guarantee this. We always recommend checking with your insurance/laboratory company before doing your labs.
Is specialty testing covered by insurance?
- We may at times recommend specialty testing such as stool testing, salivary hormone testing, mycotoxin testing etc. These are usually not covered by insurance and will require self-pay to the respective specialty testing company.
What is the best way to get in contact with my provider?
- The best way to get in touch with your provider is through the portal. Anything more than a simple question may require an appointment.
Do you treat other issues beside infertility?
- Yes we treat a lot more than infertility! Infertility is one of our specialties, but we can treat anything from pediatrics, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal dysfunction, PMS, PCOS, perimenopausal issues, hormone replacement, men's health, sport optimization, and many other things.
Where are you located?
- We are located inside the Mill at Etowah. We are on the second floor in a Coworking space called thrive. You can find more specific directions here.
