The number of couples of suffering from infertility is on the rise. I have helped hundreds of couples who have been trying for many years but yet still have no answers and no baby. Going through infertility myself, I wholeheartedly understand the pain, fear, disappointment, and utter devastation that comes with this journey. After several years of negative pregnancy tests,  I myself was treated by a NaPro provider and underwent NaPro surgery. Two months later we were pregnant with our first child. After five NaPro miracles, helping couples with infertility is one of the main reasons I gave up being a stay at home mom and went back to school. One of my passions is helping women and couples find answers, find healing, and hopefully help grow their families!

NaProTECHNOLOGY or "NaPro" is a restorative approach to infertility and women's health. It was developed by Dr. Thomas Hilgers, an OB-GYN in Omaha Nebraska, who is committed to providing women with options that are more cooperative in nature. How is it different the IUI/IVF? It is very different! NaPro focuses on restoring the body to function as it was designed to do. While sometimes we may need to use prescription medications and restorative surgery, the goal is to restore the body to function as normally as possible. This ensures the best chance for natural conception.

NaProTECHNOLOGY progesterone and thyroid management monitoring has helped thousands of women maintain healthy pregnancies. This starts ideally before conception, but our pregnant patients are monitored very closely, usually every two weeks until progesterone is normalized.

The Creighton Model of Charting

The basis of NaProTECHNOLOGY is the Creighton Model of charting menstrual cycles. This charting shows us many medical patterns, normal and abnormal, that may point to a certain diagnosis. Additionally, all of our testing and treatment is timed based on this charting data. It really is an important aspect to diagnosis and treatment of women's health and infertility. As a Certified FertilityCare Practitioner with over 12 years experience, I can teach you this charting system or refer you to an instructor who can teach you as well!
