• First Follow Up Lab Review (45min) $175
• Follow up (30min, labs or specialty testing review) $150
• Sports Physicals $50
• If I have seen you as a patient in the My Catholic Doctor practice, and it's been less than a year, I can see you as an established patient. I will need you to email [email protected], and I will have to manually add you.
