This means addressing not only the physical issues a patient may be experiencing but also addressing their emotional and spiritual wellness. We approach medicine from a "root cause", meaning we don't just put bandaids on symptoms, we get to the root of the problem. We do this by listening to our patients, performing a thorough evaluation and applying an integrative approach to treatment.

Restorative Reproductive Medicine
Helping couples who are reproductive challenged as well as general women's health is one of my passions! After going through several years of infertility myself, I know how devastating it is to see that negative pregnancy test month after month. We are trained extensively in the principles of NaProTECHNOLOGY which stands for natural reproductive technology. With this approach we spend a great deal of effort and testing in order to truly understand the cause of infertility. In this way, we offer a ground breaking approach of fertility restoration which is proven effective for both infertility and women's health.
Fertility Awareness/Family Planning
I am a Certified Fertility Care Practitioner teaching the Creighton Model system of charting. This is a medically based system of tracking the biomarkers of the woman's cycle. This method can be used as a method of family planning with up to 96.8% use effectiveness, but it also is helpful in treating a myriad of women's health issues and infertility. With this charting system you can safely avoid pregnancy but will also learn an immense amount of information about the health of your reproductive system. Additionally, I use your chart to help me understand your hormonal health, perform accurate targeted hormone testing, and to gear treatment timing.
